At JewelOn, we are committed to delivering your beautiful jewelry safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy below to understand our dispatch timelines, delivery processes, and courier partnerships.
1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines

Standard Dispatch: All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our facility within 1 to 7 business days after the order is placed.

Customized Jewelry: If your order includes customized pieces, please allow extra time for crafting before dispatch. We will communicate any specific timelines during the order confirmation.

Working Days: Our facility operates from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Delivery Timelines

Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, your order will typically reach you within 2 to 20 business days, depending on your specific pin code and location within India.

Metro vs. Non-Metro: Deliveries to metro cities usually fall on the faster end of this spectrum, while deliveries to remote or Tier 3 locations may take closer to the maximum estimated time.

Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or public holidays may occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Partners & Tracking

Trusted Couriers: We have partnered with Shiprocket to provide reliable shipping. Your packages will be delivered via top-tier courier services including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express.

Order Tracking: Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your package in real time.
4. Shipping Charges & Cash on Delivery (COD)

Shipping Fees: Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly calculated and displayed at the checkout page before you make a payment.

COD Availability: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes. If COD is not available for your location, you can safely complete your purchase using our secure prepaid options (Razorpay/GoKwik).
5. Product Unavailability (Stockouts)
In the rare event that an item in your order fails our final quality check or goes out of stock before dispatch:

Prepaid Orders: We will contact you immediately to offer an alternate product of your choice or provide a full refund to your original payment method.

COD Orders: The order will be automatically canceled, and we will notify you of the same.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels

If the outer packaging of your parcel appears tampered with, crushed, or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it from the delivery executive.

Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all accepted parcels, please remember that an uncut unboxing video is strictly compulsory to claim any missing or damaged products. This must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery.
