Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

We want you to love your jewelry! If you need to return or exchange an item, we have kept our process simple and straightforward.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You can raise a return or exchange request within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Store Credit Only: We do not offer bank refunds. All approved returns will be issued as Store Credit to your JewelOn Wallet.

  • Pickup Fee: A nominal fee of ₹80 is charged for reverse pickup logistics. This fee is charged only once per entire order.

  • Note: We currently do not offer free shipping on international returns.

2. Damaged or Missing Products (Unboxing Video Compulsory)

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a damaged, defective, or missing product, a clear, uncut unboxing video is strictly compulsory. The video must show the package being opened from its original sealed state. Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.

  • Timeframe: You must report the issue along with the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Replacement Only: We do not offer refunds for damaged products; however, we will gladly arrange a free replacement for you once the video is verified.

3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Message us on WhatsApp at +919867613666 right away.

  2. Provide Details: Share your Order Number, the unboxing video (if applicable), details of the product, and a brief reason for the return/exchange.

  3. Wait for Confirmation: Our Customer Care team will respond to your request within 24 hours (Average reply time: 3 hours). Once approved, we will arrange for the reverse pickup.

4. Eligibility Rules

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Brand new, unused, and unopened.

  • Returned in their original packaging with the invoice and all tags completely intact.

  • Free from any blemishes, scratches, or defects. Embellishments must be in perfect condition.

Returns/Exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • An uncut unboxing video is not provided for damaged/missing claims.

  • The request is made after the allowed timeframe (24 hours for damage/missing, 3 days for general returns).

  • The product has been used, opened, or damaged due to misuse.

  • The item was purchased on a sale or using a credit note/store credit.

  • The item is part of a promotional combo (individual items from a combo cannot be returned separately).

  • Complimentary items (free gifts) are missing from the return package.

  • The items are sent back to us without requesting a return first.

JewelOn retains the right to reject any return that does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

Your JewelOn Wallet credit never expires—enjoy lifetime access!

How to use it:

  1. Visit our website and add your favorite pieces to your cart.

  2. At checkout, select the option to apply your Store Credit.

  3. The credit amount will be automatically deducted from your total.

If you face any issues using your store credit, WhatsApp our customer service team at +919867613666 between 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Saturday).


Order Cancellations

  • Shipped Orders: Once an order (Prepaid or Cash on Delivery) is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

  • Prepaid Orders (Before Shipping): If you cancel a prepaid order before it is shipped, we will provide you with a Gift Card/Store Credit. (Please note: We do not offer bank refunds).


Customized Jewellery

  • Once an order for customized jewelry is placed, it is strictly non-returnable.

  • However, if you receive a damaged customized product, please email us the unboxing video and a clear picture of the damage to support@jewelon.in. Our team will verify the issue and arrange a replacement if it is found defective.
